The journey of the grapes to get to our glass is just as important as that of the food: in order to be certain that what we put on the table is really a quality product, we have to pay attention to the soil where it grows and the way grapes are processed.
Wine is not just a drink, it is a tale of all the stories it has passed on; it is a poem recited in a glass and therefore every single word that makes it up has to be well thought out, chosen and understood.
For these reasons, our wine list starts with wines produced in the areas around Pisa, the vineyards closest to us that are looked after by winegrowers we know personally. The wine cellar also offers a very rich variety of wines from Tuscany, Italy and the rest of the world.

I vini proposti sono prevalentemente pisani, perché l'esperienza e la passione di Sandro Antonelli si sono orientate negli ultimi anni a sviluppare relazioni con i piccoli produttori del territorio, in un reciproco scambio di consigli, suggerimenti e visioni, che lo ha portato nel 2023 ad essere riconosciuto come primo PRIMO AMBASCIATORE DELLA DOC TERRE DI PISA nel mondo.

Ci sono piccole aziende che danno vita a grandissimi prodotti! A pochi km di distanza dal nostro ristornante alcuni liquorifici artigiani producono infusi, distillati e alcolici secondo antiche ricette e nel rispetto della migliore tradizione pisana.
È a loro che ci rivolgiamo per mettervi a disposizione un dopopasto di qualità. La relazione umana che si è venuta a creare negli anni conferma ogni giorno la serietà di queste piccole aziende e la dedizione con cui realizzano i loro prodotti è segnale di una grande passione che fa preziosa ogni singola bottiglia.
